Very disappointing experience compared to our on-site visit where the flavours were on point. Now the broth for Pho bo was bland and there were no greens. No dipping sauce for nem. The size of coffee was a joke at 3.70 lv - last time I checked it wasn't supposed to be an espresso shot with two drops of condensed milk and I didn't see any spillage. The veal with veggies and rice tasted like something out of those fake Chinese restaurants. For delivery of authentic Vietnamese food there's a much better option in Sofia, outside of foodpanda.

the fish sauce tends to spill all over the bag. Also too much plastic packaging. food is good but not environment friendly.

The timing and packaging was very well prepared. Still if you try out Vietnamese food for the first time you might not know how to mix the flavours of the meal. Nevertheless the food is very delicious and full of flavours, congrats. I would be happy is you add more vegetarian options 🙏

Нашите напитки са бяха изсипана и не са били добре затворени. Звъннах на заведението и им попитах дали може по някакъв начин да ни компенсират. Те обвиняваха, че доставчика е виновен и ми казаха да се обръщам към FoodPanda за този проблем. Това е несериозно, защото аз смятам, че доставчикът не е виновен. А и още нещо, към FoodPanda имате голяма ЕВАЛА от мен! Благодаря!

Very happy with my order!
I would have appreciated some more greens in the Pho (Thai Basil, lime or cilantro) instead of too much noodles, but it’s a matter of taste. The broth was heavenly!
